My first book: Modern API Design with ASP.NET Core 2

Another item off my bucket list: My very first book, called Modern API Design with ASP.NET Core 2, has officially gone out to the publishers, and I'm reminiscing about the past three or so months of writing.

The book is available right now for pre-order at Amazon.

Authoring a book is hard, and during my time in the author's chair, I learned a lot, not only about ASP.NET Core but also about myself. It takes days of preparation and research, but only a few hours to draft it all out on paper. In the end, I managed to pull through and even got Scott Hanselman (from Microsoft) to write the foreword, which I am truly grateful for.

The book is fueled by my past experiences and teaches the average developer about API design using ASP.NET Core 2, a cross-platform web framework from Microsoft.

I absolutely love the .NET ecosystem, especially .NET Core, and hopefully, that will reflect back in the contents of the book.

You can pre-order the book online right now at Amazon and get it on April 23rd, 2018
